Default Is someone trying to hack me?

My firewall keeps popping up and saying:
The firewalll has blocked internet access to your computer (netBIOS Session) from n-add (172.16.0.1) (TCP port 57131) (TCP flags: S)
It did it 3 times yesterday before I clicked on the more info button and it told me someone was trying to access my network then I shut down my computer so they couldnt get into my computer and now it said it 4 times already today and i've only been on for a few minutes. What do I do?

yes
to find out what folders did you share
goto Control Panel>Administrative Tools>Computer Management
then inside Computer Management
Computer Management(Local)>System Tools>Shared Folders>Shares
Ignore everything with $ beside it
anything else is considered a share by you

if you didn't find any shares now
