Hey everyone. Ever since a couple weeks ago my internet connection started becoming unstable. I would have to reset my modem and router almost every couple hours. I googled it and I came up with that I had a bad router. could someone clarify this for me? THanks

if that's the problem, then it means you probably should replace your router.
it's not working right, not functioning well, has weak signal strengths, etc..

Does the computer with the modem and router connected to it lose connection? If so, it could also be your modem. If not, it could be your wireless adapter. I would just give my ISP a call, and see what they can do.

forgot 2 mention this, if you connect you modem, directly 2 the pc, and it works fine, it's definately your router.
