SC7, I'm not sure if you are referring to uninstalling/reinstalling the device. The point I was making was that you often see posts about reloading the drivers (thinking they would be found at the manufacturer's site). It is clear the poster did not check the driver details to see they are MS.

I agree that reloading the (Windows) drivers can help in some cases.
