Default gauging interest - aluminium case and extras

I bought a bright blue aluminium full tower (Chenming 601) in March for US$110. I also bought a Vantec fan controller for $20, a Logisys dual CCFL kit for $10, and a Zalman 7000 clone heatsink for $30. I'm now looking to sell these items because my mom disapproves of the computer in my room because it's too bright. She'd much prefer an Antec NSK2400 build in my room. I'm thinking about selling the items for the following prices:
Case: $75
Fan controller: $12
CCFL kit: $6
Heatsink: $20
All the items are in near-mint conditon, and the heatsink hasn't even been used. So would you buy the items at these prices?

Just so you know you can get that case new on newegg for $60, might have trouble selling it for $75. Just a head up, how much would shipping be on the case though.

lol thanks for telling me bball4life! Perhaps I should have scoured newegg first! I believe that Newegg charges close to actual shipping charges on cases, so it'll probably be about $15 to ship. Per bbal4life pointing out, the price for the case is reduced to $40.
