Whats the best anti virus and spyware program? And other programs to help keep your computer safe from the internet? thanks

here's what i use:

Firewall 4 XP: Windows Firewall.
2000: Zone Alarm.

Spyware: Ad-Aware Se Personal, Spybot S&D, Ewido Anti-Spyware.
Anti-virus: AVG Free.
