New mobo and sound card issues. Please help!

Just installed a Gigabyte 865pe mobo, now sound card (creatiive audigy2 sound blaster) does not work. Is there an issue with drivers between the two?

First we need to know your OS ?
Second go to system in control panel, then hardware , then device manager
do you see any " X" or "! " or unknown devices ?
