Although it doesnt say much about the specs. of the WC kit, usually its trapped air thats causing it, did you BLEED your WC first, this is a must for WC, trapped air can ruin your pump.

its a 72l/h pump and the pump is inside the thigy with the coolin liquid, when i bought i let it run for few mins and then installed it, after that it worked for some time, now it doesnt anymore....could it be cause of my crappy PSU, itz only a 250W one.....im getting a 500W one though

good idea.....and also remember to run your WC at least 24hrs before installing it, possible leak may occur, you dont wanna fry your PC, and bleed it to make sure no air is trapped and update us. Gud Luck

bleed is to eliminate air in your loop and hardware(pump, blocks, radiator)which causes your WC not to perform up to par. How? open your reservoir cap/run your WC/check for air trapped in your loop, run it until all the air is gone or minimize, tilt your case in every direction to letthe air out(just enough not to spill water on you system or youll fry your PC) run you WC for at least a day without a cap(reservoir).
