If you want to buy something overpriced then yes. Otherwise go to a place like www.ibuypower.com or www.monarchcomputer.com

the thing is though it would be easier for me to buy the system ready made because i know nothing about building a computer and from what i read it seemed like a pretty good system. why do you think its overpriced

Default Ship date for XPS 700 RIDICULOUS!!!

Beware of ordering XPS 700 from Dell. The ship date is getting ridiculous. Originally it was supposed to be one week until shipping, then it turned into 1.5 months, and now it's almost 4 months. When I called to find out why, I got someone who didn't seem to understand what was going and could give me no answers. I think he was probably out of country and didn't understand English all that well. So frustrating!!! Before ordering, call to make sure the components are in stock, otherwise the computer will be out of date before you even get it!!!

It's a good computer, but you might be paying like 2 times its actually value or something, so if you really want to blow that much money on it, sure get it, you'll play any games at max settings and stuff. But IMO, half the way of getting a computer is building it yourself.
