z61m battery question
So I just sprung for it and bought a Z61m thinkpad. The cream of the crop! My question is about extra batteries. I was under the impression that with all thinkpads, you could replace the optical drive with an extra battery for max run time. Is this not the case with the Z61m? Also, does anyone know how much the 6 cell or the 7 cell comes out versus the standard 4 cell? Thanks!
EDIT: I was looking at the Z61m tour and it says you can do it but I do not see the battery anywhere on the site? PS- I bought the 15.4 Last edited by hah2110; 08-07-2006 at 05:36 AM. |
