Default laptop having problem

hi everyone,
i'm having a problem in my pc and and laptop, whenever i'm using the pc or the laptop, sometimes it will display a blue screen and it will restart, after restart it will display a black screen which count down the time, as in safe mode, start window normally etc.. sometime can't even login to the window, it will restart again... is there someone that can help mi with this?

you have to tell us the error that the blue screen has, if it resets B4 you can read it. The next time in windows , go to control panel, click system, then the advanced tab, then start up recovery - the settings tab, then uncheck automatic restart.

if it display something like dump memory and said that it could be hardware problem? is it the ram problem? or is there any virus that cause the hardware not working? i try to produce the picture.

sounds like a hardware problem, maybe hard drive, or overheating...

the hard drive, i have change before and the same problem still occur.. if is the hard drive problem it will not start the window. could it be the ram?

i having problem with this, it prompt me when the com restart.
