Default good games for laptops during long car rides

I got an opinion question for everybody. What games do you think are good for playing on a laptop? i'm looking for games for killing time for long car rides, etc. games that don't require alot of use of the mouse (or at least the speed at which you click things is not critical such as FPS), does not require internet connectivity, does not require a very powerful system, also, games that won't make you motion sick while playing in the car (need for speed in the car = bad results)

i usually play some casino games, sim city, and tetris while on long rides, but i'm wondering what other people recommend.

command and conquer... red alert or tiberian sun would do but i prefer RA2 Yuri's Revenge. generals is better than all of them i think, of course the drawback of the realistic gameplay is there's no navy. my guess was that it wouldn't be fair to the stupid GLA.
i actually used to play renegade on an old lappy with a pentium 3 700mhz in it. i have no idea what type of graphics it had though.
