I'm pretty new too but I'm pretty sure its Intel's new processor, like Celeron and Pentium. Mobo is short for motherboard. Quick tip when building a PC, make sure processor and motherboard are compatible with each other, basic ex. Intel with Intel and AMD with AMD (the mobo is not necesarily made by them), but there more to it than that though. Also make sure the fan you buy for it is correct; faster processors, ex. 3.2 Ghz vs. 2.4 Ghz, run hotter and require better fans and cooling. .....oh ya, make sure you buy an SLi compatible mobo or you're going to regret it later.
