how can if find out?

i am with my friend's computer, where i can see some of the spects by clicking properties from my computer
pentium4 3.2 Ghz
1.61Ghz(i am guessing this cpu is currently running at 1.6Ghz gosh..)
256mb ram

i want to upgrade this computer so that it would have some more ram, perhaps better motherboard?
because this computer has been resetting like crazy randomly

so i would like to know the names of each part, like this mobo is abit, but i don't have the model #
is there a program that finds all the information for me?

Upgrading that stuff probably won't help it. I suspect it's a power supply issue... Possibly software.

i think the CPU speed is 3.2GHZ...

actually like i said before, the cpu speed is 1.61ghz
i found out this when i downloaded 3d mark 03 to check this computer's spects

i still think this computer needs some more ram,
may be the system is bottlenecked?
