everything should be fine, as you say your mum will be running financial peices and mostly just normal work on it (with the odd bit of internet i believe)
For that the system is more than enough Hell my dad is still using an AMD K6400mhz and it does everything he needs to run his business from. Even though he has a 2ghz pc sat ready next to it to use that i built from spare parts :s
