Question F1-f12

Does anyone know if and how to program the F1-F12 keys, e.g. making them launching a specific program when pressed ?
Thx

There's a program, I think it's called KeyTweak, that allows you to reassign keys on your keyboard. I'm not totally sure, but I beleive you can also assign programs to open.
