best program to replace defrag

i'm looking for comments on software out there that will do a better, or i should say faster (and you don't have to babysit) for de-frag. such as norton, clean sweep etc. one should be able to let windows defrag run thru out the day, lol, because it is so slow and if any problems come up, or something trying to write to the drive, it will just stop and start over. really not interested in babysitting this, takes too long, even a 15g drive. any comments or tips? (i've disenabled any programs that might be running in the background and unplugged the network cable.) thanks!! paul
