Major Ram Help!!!

Do you guys know of any good sites that I can download ram from? It costs a lot in the stores and I figured that someone knows of a place to download it from. Maybe a torrent site or something? It would be appreciated if the downloaded ram was overclockable too. I'm looking for a 2 sticks of 1GB PC5400 667MHz ram. I have fast internet so I should be able to download the two sticks pretty fast possibly?

I have an
*Asus AI X-Storm P52800-SLI Deluxe motherboard with a AMD x2 4800+.
NiVida
*Al Qaeda 9450 vc and a SHussein g7.3 Sound Blaster sc.

Please Help
