Question CPU heatsink: Which one is better?

Which CPU heatsink is better?

o Pentium 4 Prescott stock heatsink with copper in the middle
o Pentium 4 Northwood simple stock heatsink

The fans are same (size, speed)..

I would say the first one since it has copper on the bottom.
