Default Question about Newegg RMA

I have an AM2 build and i am having problems with my OCZ DDR2 800 like most people with AM2. Now i bought it about 2 months ago. I sent the RMA thing to newegg in the order info tab. I put it as a uncompatible issue. What do i do now just wait for newegg reply. I really want to get new RAM so i can get my comp running. So im asking if anyone else has done a RMA throught newegg, what all did u do? Thanks
