Ordered this from ebay, advertised as new, was supposed to be a serial ata 8mb cache, but instead i get a 2mb cache ata HD cant send it back because the user deleted, now im stuck with it, i tested the drive, 100% working.

is there actually a question here or are you simply telling us of your woes.... if so, serves you right, never buy pc components from eBay unless you 100% know what it is (from a friend....) or you are collecting in person (check it when you pick it up...)

It's in the sale section, and he put 30.50. Iy also does not serve him right for anything.... Because someone else is a asshat its his fault? Thats like getting shot while walking down the street in a bad nieghborhood, and its your fault because you were walking in the bad neighborhood in the first place. Either way it's clearly for sale...

How big is it? Is it actually still new and just a wrong one? or is it used.

It is a Western Digital ATA100/133 HDD with a 2MB cache and 7200RPM. I have the 8 meg version of that. It is a generally good HDD but has served me well.
