I love my OCZ, much more reliable and generally better at overclocking. However the mushkin do have slightly better timings, but OCZ is a better RAM brand in my opionion, so #2.

I would go with the Muskin Redline due to to it's lower timings, and if 34erd is correct, it also has better quality memory chips.
