Default tracking problem

I bought myself this brand new g5 mouse so I could have a really sweet mouse thats perfect for BF2. When I first got the mouse it was horrible, it wouldn't even move at all. I downloaded the flash and it helped tremendously. I now only have one more problem to deal with. If I move the mouse really really fast the pointer doesnt move. My MX1000 moves when I move the mouse that fast so it seams like the G5 should, right? Whats wrong, or if this is how it is supposed to be hat is a good mouse pad that will help this?

Hmm, thats strange, the g5 mouse should handle that no problem. Two options I can think of either contact logitech support, if you really want, or you could also try and return in, it could just be a bad mouse. Oh but before you do that, mess around with your mouse settings, like the scrolling speed and stuff.

Well did you buy it new off of ebay? If so contact the person who sold it to you, especially if they run an ebay sometimes they will work with you for fear of negative rep. If you bought it used, well then you know why they were selling it.

The G5 comes with three different sensitivity settings, try setting it to a different setting to improve the response.

It was one of those certified used deals. I guess they don't certify them, or test them for that matter.

changing the sensitivity doesnt help with this problem because it is not reading the surface right.
