Photoshop 5.0 limited edition

Hi, I have Photoshop 5.0 Limited Edition and I was wondering does anyone know how to remove red-eye in it because it is a "limited edition" and that means there is some stuff that is not included compared to the full version. Thanks and also one more thing, because I have this version is it possible to get the new one by upgrading it from the adobe website using the same serial number?

i don't think this exists in 5.0 but here it is anyway

you can download photoshop elements and it has a feature for it

Is photoshop elements free? And if it is, which one do I select... 2.0?
