Default All RAM sticks work for Mac?

Do all RAM sticks work for the iMac (the new one)? Or do I need special "Mac RAM sticks" ?

I'm quite sure any RAM will work with it. I don't know the speed and all required right off, though. I do beleive my G4 Mini uses standard PC2700...

depends on the motherboard youve got in your mac, i dont use them so i dont know, but mac MAY use proprietory boards on older models...

The new iMac uses PC2-5300.
