Default Watercooling

I just bought a watercooling set and it worked for a couple of hours now the pump is still making a working noise, though not as loud and it doesnt pump, sometimes when i start my computer it pumps for like 30 secs and stops after that, i refilled the water and stuff, but i dunno if the pump is broken and needs to be changed....maybe someone can help me.... im not sure but could it be cause of the power supply, itz only a 250W one, but i already ordered a 500W supply, do you think the new supply will solve the problem or should i just get a new pump for it....
thx for help

Did you leak test it, bleed your WC and checked for trapped air, what brand of WC do you have? are you using reservoir or t-line?The reason could be trapped air, try tilting your PC from side to side to let the air out.
