Default Antec P-160W LED Question???

should the case that comes in a retail box alreayd have the led lights installed or do you have to go out and purchase a set??? Cause I have just purchased a retail box from chiefvalue and I couldn't see any LED lights.

Was it advertised to come with LEDs? I'm looking at the retail version on Newegg and I don't see anything about LEDs. You can just go to a local computer store and buy some LED fans, not a big deal.
