Exclamation Computer won't boot, no beep

My computer will not boot after I tried resetting CMOS data. There is no beep and my monitor does not come on when I turn the computer power on. Everything lights up, but there is no screen and the monitor won't turn on.

And it happened while I was OCing it, which probably has something to do with things.

I reseated the Video Card and RAM, and it's up again. (phew!)
