Default HOw do I make my computer go to my desktop insted of log on when start up?

OK, I hate it when I start up my computer early to be ready when I get back, and I find it at the log on screen. I have no password so how do I make it skip the log on screen and go strait to my desktop?

OK, I think there's some way to do so within User Accounts, but I know there's something in TweakUI that you can set who logs in. TweakUI is a free download, just search for it.

Go into User Accounts in the Control Panel. The setting is in there, just hunt for it.

Go to Start>Control Panel>User Accounts>Click on Change the way users long on and off>and uncheck use the welcome screen.

If that doesnt work post back here and we can figure out what is wrong.

Sometimes scientists make things alot harder than they need to. All they've gotta do is put a big spring on the ground where they think it's gonna land, or send a mission to the moon to erect a sign that says "Welcome to Earth".
