Default Flash Drive Problems

Until recently, I've been using my computer's onboard flash drive to upload photos from my digital camera. I'd put the CF card from the camera right into the slot and the photos would automatically upload. But now when I put the card in the computer, nothing happens. The drive does not show up in My Computer where it did before.

Any tips? I've used a drive emulator (Daemon Tools) in the past and I'm afraid that might have something to do with it.

If you can, use another flash drive in it just to be sure the drive itself is fine(assuming it's one of these 20 in one devices) If it still works, check the pins. I've known people to bend pins on their CF connectors.

If all else fails, you can get flash card readers for very cheap.

Yeah, a CF-USB adapter should run you $20 or less...
