Default run computer as system

i used to know how to do this, but i can't remember how. I know you have to use command prompt, but the rest is kind of hazy. Could someone tell me what to do from here, or give me a link the video i saw a while ago that shows how to do it, or some other site that shows how to do it. Thanks.

like you know when you click on the start menu, at the top it says you login name, well when you run it as system it says system instead of your login name.

That just is the name of the Admin account on some servers, just change your name to that if you have an admin account.

no, i don't think that is what i'm talkin' about. a while ago in a different forum, someone posted a link to a site that had a video that showed how to do what i'm talkin' about. You have to go into command prompt and start a task, when that task executes a window that looks like command prompt shows up, but it's svchost.exe i think, but can't remember. Then from there, you end explorer.exe and then start it back up or somethin', but i can't get it to do it, i think i'm missin' a step or two. It a way to get logged on to system when you don't have an admisistrative account.
