Default PSU? Help!!

Planning on buying upgrades for my comp today. I need to know how do I check my PSU to see if I have enough voltage. Is it something I can pull up on screen or will I have to open comp and visually check?
Thank You;
mailliw

Most I saw has a 250 watt power supply, but some had a 300. But both are pretty small!
