me and my girl are wondering one thing each...me, when i get my 4200 x2 amd, and use nero to recode a dvd, will it be utilizing both cores and will it recode it faster than my current single core 3500 athlon 64?...my girl is wondering if any of your girls get as mad as she does from having no time to spend with their boyfriends from us using the computer so dang much? thanks for the facts, and humor

Default

If you press Ctrl Alt Del and get to Task Manager, you can view the processes running. Right click on them and change the "Affinity" By default it's set to both cores, but you can set it to separate ones if the program doesn't utilize both.
