Format Help Fast

I recently formatted a PC that had 95 on it and I went to reinstall it and it didn't work it said ERROR: something about can't find the cd drive. well I made the cd drive and it didn't work. Can someone walk me through the steps of reinstalling 95 and please be specific on your instructions thanx
