home network help! What to do? Help please

hi, i need help here. i dont know what to do about my network issues. here is what i have:

I have 2 ISP's 1. verizon DSL (3md\768k up)witch i am paying for. 2. Adelphia powerlink. i have this one at a slow speed 256k/256k and i have this one beacuse it supports hosting my website and beaucse of all the email i have with them so i have that also.

i have 3 laptops connection wireless to my network

1 desktop wireless

and 4 wierd desktops.

my DSL modem is a Modem and router all in one and its wireless. i do have 3 extra routers here that i am not using. 1 linksys and 2 dlinks.

my questions are. What do you recomend me doing for my network? how do i set it up? do i use one ISP for wireless and one for wierd pc's?

and is there a way where i can make both ISP's apart of my network?

what to do? can someone please help me out? i need advice BADLEY lol, anyway let me know what you think! Thx dannas
