Add Ram To Laptop ?

Hi,

I have sony laptop 2.66 (model no. PCG-FR315S ) just wondering if i can add/upgrade as i've got 512mb ram at the moment and i need more. I haven't got the manuel so Any tip is much appreciated. Many thank in advance
