For "tweaking" the system registry at your own risk this little gem was published in 2003. You can review the various items online and even download the free registry guide. http://www.winguides.com/registry/
For a fast and free utility that works on all versions of Windows RegCleaner is an excellent one. After installation you simply go up to the tools dropdown menu and choose the registry cleaner option. That opens up another menu to one side where you choose the "do them all" option. http://www.majorgeeks.com/RegCleaner_d460.html Microsoft also provides a free program called RegClean at http://www.download.com/RegClean/300...l?tag=pdp_prod |
