Default Keyboard annoyances

My keys on my keyboard have changed to US settings...i have a UK board. how do i change it back?

e.g. to get the @ i must shift+2 (thats how it is on american boards) i want mine to display a " when i shift+2

In control panel goto > Regional and Language options > Language "TAB" > Details "Button" Once your in there youll see the keyboard layout add it again and make it UK layout
