Default Block websites

How can I block certain websites from being visited on my computer? Can I do that without any special software? I have Norton Systemworks, but haven't looked into it yet!

If you're using Firefox as browser, go to TOOLS / INternet options / Content / enable content advisor

Yes...but every user can change that list... whereas if you use the content advisor you can intrpduce a password so only you would be able to change the list of sites allowed or not

In IE :
1. go to Tools
2. choose internet options
3. choose content Tab
4. enable Content advisor
5. go to approved sites
6. enter url of sites which want to restrict access to (e.g. http://www. omputerforum.com )
7. click on never button then on apply
8. choose general tab in content advisor
9. click on change password
10. add and confirm password
11. close IE

This should be ok.
