Default Video's

Hey there wonder if you guys could help me

about 3 weeks ago i had a serious problem with my computer so i had to format now after i had re-installed Windows i tried to play a video and my computer just froze up (slowed down by a huge ammount. takes about ten minutes to bring up task manager and end the proccess. Now i have tried playing video's on Winamp, WMP, VLC and all give same problem. so i formatted again for good measure but to my suprise i had the same problem : / now i can play Video games fine and watch Flash video's but cant run any other type of video. anyone ever heard of this?

Hey, I had this exact same issue a couple weeks ago when I reformatted. It turned out that the new video drivers I downloaded were causing some issues, so instead of the 91.31 drivers, I had to go back to the 81.95 drivers. Do that, and download the XVid and Divx codecs as well, if you haven't already.

so how do i downgrade them?

Uninstall the drivers .

Then install the stable version
