Hi guys
Hope someone can help here! I have a large set of data and I need to know the frequency of each of the entries, and counting it myself would take forever and would have too many errors. I know you can use a function in spreadsheets that lets you select all the cells, and the spreadsheet produces the frequencies for you, but I can't remember how to do it!! ![]() I have a couple of problems with it though. Firstly, I'm using Star Office and I dont know if that uses the same commands as the other spreadsheets. Secondly, the data isnt numbers, theyre letters - does that matter? Its the same as me putting in a load of grades like A, B, C, D and needing to know how many of each grade there is. If anyone could help I would be so grateful! Thank you |
