Cool Need help building a custom computer.

Ok I just got approved for a line of credit from newegg.com and I was looking at building a custom computer for gaming. I have about a $1,100 price limit. It is mainly going to be used for gaming and Internet surfing / file downloading. So I need help choosing parts for the computer. Where do we start? I originally bought a Dell XPS 400 and I cancelled the order because I was told I can get a lot more performance out of a custom computer.

Remember the primary focus is GAMING and Internet stuff.

Also 100% of everything must come from www.newegg.com

think about it... 2 7900GTs:
7900+7900=15800
that is obviously a much higher number than 7950...

Well I dont know. I was told that AMD and Nvidia is best for gameing. Is that true? Because I have no idea. lol

But I do need...

-Windows XP SP2
-a LCD monitor. I would think that a 19" analog would be fine.
-at least a 150 gig HD
-DVD +/- RW drive.
I dont need a mouse, speakers or a keyboard.

Yes. And, if you get the right motherboard and memory like Rambo did, you can overclock the E6300 to well over 2.5 Ghz (he has his around 3.4 )

Yes it has better microarchitecture so it does more work per cycle so it outpreforms the 4200+ even though it has smaller clock speed.
