Default Speakers constantly make an annoying noise

Hello!!

I recently hooked my computer up to a set of speakers (like hi-fi ones) and they produce the sound lovely!

It's just that constantly the speakers are making this kind of 'feedback' kind of noise....?

Here's what it sounds like:

The strangest thing of all, is if i restore a window (for example, Internet Explorer) and drag it around fast, the noise stopped (until i stoppped dragging it around, it started again ). Also, when i was playing my snooker game on the PC, whenever the balls moved on the table, the sound would stop, and then start when the balls stopped moving...Or, if i use my mousewheel and scroll up and down something fast, it will stop...

Someone please help me, these are really nice speakers, but they're driving me insane!!

Thanks,
Rambo
