Default Best computer under $700 for WoW and CS:S

Ok, I looked at the $500 thread and it's not too helpful... Mostly just noobs arguing with eachother.

Things I want:

A nice monitor (I dont care if it's LCD or not, just as long as it's big)
Keyboard
Mouse
Really good CPU
Able to play Counter Strike: Source and World of Warcraft
I also need all the other shit a computer needs... (case, harddrive, powersupply, motherboard, video card)

All under 700 dollars.

I am not looking to buy a computer from one of you or get one made.

Thanks. :-)

So all you need are those? No case, harddrive, powersupply, motherboard, video card...?

Where do you live? Maybe if you live near a pc shop you can buy parts from there, so no shipping price.
