All this kind of awful and saddening behaviour is down to a combination of the offenders' laziness and boredom, and no respect for the country they live in. I'm very glad the woman involved didn't need the ambulance, but of course it'll increase the response times of the remainder. That's why I feel the Prince's Trust is doing so good work. It should be expanded and promoted with currently-wasted lottery money and government grants.

Oh, and for me a chav is someone who's uneducated, disruptive to the community and perhaps wrongly, of working class or lower/middle class.

And sory to go off topic but did anyone else hear about that off duty policeman that was speeding over 130Mph and they let him off without any charges whatsoever?
If that was any ordinary person they would have got banned from driving and sent to jail and i think the law system in the uk is total rubish.

Thats why so many teenagers dont care about criminal records anymore because the police dont do anything.
