Default excel

i'm working on microsoft excel for my startistics homework and i needed to draw a chart. after starting the program the Letters on the top where on the right side so it started like C,B,A . . and the sheet tab also was on the eright side instead of the left. I ignored the problem but when i graphed some problems the X and Y axis where wrong too. the graph is correct but the numbers started from the right like 25, 20, 15, 10, 5, 0 . . it looks that they are the negative axis even thought it is postive . . can any one help please . . i added a picture to make my point clearer

You have it completely backward... Try clicking the grey box where the rows and colomns coonnect in thje corner. Might be an option there.
