Default Network sharing?

Ok I have been trying to share my Movies folder with the 6 other PC's on my network, but for some reason when I set it to sharing it does not show on the other PC's. I'm already sharing my music, which on my C drive and there is no issues, but anything on my secondary drive, which is my E drive I cant seem to share it. Whats the Deal?

I have tried to right click it and go through the menu on the left, but still nothing shows up on the other PC's. On mine it shows the hand on the folder like it is sharing, but its not

do you know that if the name is longer than 12 character it can't be shown on older OS ie 98, me , NT
there is a message that pop up if it's long

anywho

uncheck the "Make this folder private in the share menu"

All Pc's are running Xp, so the 12 characters dont matter. The folder is not private, I just checked to make sure
