Default mac calssic needed?

hey guys, i just bought a new digital sampler and when i try to hook it up to my ibook(mac) via usb, and then run the software, it says mac os 9.2.2 classic cant be found, what is this, and what is it that i have to get? thanks

What MAC OS do you have? is it older or newer than 9?

If you have an Intel processor in your Mac, I think you can not run classic.

no i have osx 10, but this program i have needs mac os 9.1 w/ classic support. i dont know why tho.. and no its not an intel mac
