Default speaker help needed

ok so, i have 1 regular computer speaker plugged into my computer, and then from the speakers line out i plugged an amplifier in and from the amplifier there are two subs. it worked fine until one day when there was no signal reaching my amplifier. the problem is coming from my computer speaker's output.
if someone could please help me figure out how to get it back to normal i would greatly appreciate it.

thanks.
