First of all, I recommend a new install not an upgrade.
As for the drivers, Windows Vista Device manager can work it out for you, just right click on the not working driver and click Update Driver it will connect and install it on it's own, Just make sure that you are connected to the internet and have some patience
That's pretty much it.
