Default Help!!!!!!!!

MY 360 isnt workin. used to i would put in a game and it woudl freeze as if the game was scratched but then we tried it with other games and still freezes. now most recently it wont even start a game. around the power light it shows 3 red lights the top left and two bottom ones. any1 now what that combo of lights means? its not in the 360 book. please help.
